Changing Your Schedule?

I was about the same.  If you have control (partial or full) try and slowly adjust to an hour later.  It's not going to be easy, but a slow process.  Change your diet up a bit so you won't have the urge if possible.  Example:  I find I have more of an urge if I have an energy drink, or Chinese takeout, so I'd opt to have them later in the day to try and give my body a bit of suggestion in that direction.

If you are really serious about changing poop schedule, you have to change your intake schedule too. Eat breakfast lunch anf dinner later hours or stagger them a bit. I eat my cereal, grits, or oatmeal every morning between 3 am and 3:30 am. my lunch can vary, but I usually eat by 11 am. I could set my watch that I will poop at 2 pm everyday, and usually a good one. Adjust your habits and get to know your digestive system. You can fo it. Just prepare.
