LittleAmytheil Posted June 16, 2020 Share Posted June 16, 2020 I was about the same. If you have control (partial or full) try and slowly adjust to an hour later. It's not going to be easy, but a slow process. Change your diet up a bit so you won't have the urge if possible. Example: I find I have more of an urge if I have an energy drink, or Chinese takeout, so I'd opt to have them later in the day to try and give my body a bit of suggestion in that direction. Eat breakfast lunch anf dinner later hours or stagger them a bit. I eat my cereal, grits, or oatmeal every morning between 3 am and 3:30 am. my lunch can vary, but I usually eat by 11 am. I could set my watch that I will poop at 2 pm everyday, and usually a good one. Adjust your habits and get to know your digestive system. You can fo it. Just prepare. 1 Link to comment
