Obviously you can. You can discretely wear diapers or pull-ups all the time for any reason. I think the more important question is does it work. If it works then go for it.

If it helps you with the anxiety  iccues then of course  you can .

Anxiety is a horrible master/mistress to be charged with. If you can find anything that helps you deal with your anxiety, by all means! (as long as it's within the laws obviously?) Do it! Do not worry about others. We only get 1 life and we owe it to ourselves to enjoy it. You are not hurting anyone by wearing goodnites, so do you if it makes you happy and helps!!

@goodnites10  Why not?  If it helps you with it then wear them.  No one will know you are wearing a goodnite.

Of course you can, don't feel guilty. If Goodnights or diapers decrease your anxiety and increase your daily functioning; I would say that is a therapeutic success. If you are in behavioral health treatment I am sure your clinician will agree. Just don't leak on his/her chair during an appointment!
