Not sure. My guess is an ABU Simple diaper with a filter on the photo that gives the diaper a blue tint? ?

Not sure about the specific diaper.  But the image is shopped, according to Reddit sleuths.  The original is a picture of Apple from ABDreams.

I don't see any of the "ABU" markings they use on ABU Simples, although they could be completely hidden.  

Based on the date when it was posted (August 2019), it could be any number of diapers including the new Dotty Plain and Simple diaper.  Other all-white diapers with a waistband and light blue tape ends include the MegaMax, the Rearz Inspire, the Rearz Inspire+InControl, and the MyDiaper White Nights.

I'm glad I wasn't imagining that!  and female photo #2 as well - though to me that one looks more obvious.

I think the link changed.   The one that is now displayed is a rebel with a pair of constellation shorts over it, but that's not what the original descriptions show.
