I was intrigued by a thread about Tunnel Plugs and wanted to know if there are other ways to simulate bowel incontinence without permanent damage or weakening of muscles. kincaid Posted September 28, 2019 Share Posted September 28, 2019 eat dried figs daily take fiber supplements in pills, not powder in addition to those also take psyllium be very sure to drink 2 liters of water daily if you take the above or you will be heavily constipated drink a natural laxative made of prune and fig juice all these combined make you go very urgently multiple times, heavy cramps too, almost impossible to control. Best part is these are not chemical laxatives Link to comment
