I wonder if God answers Little prayers?

Recommended Posts

In the past, when I struggled with this aspect of myself, I prayed for God to deliver from the desire and take it away from me. I'm not sure if He will. The more I try to repress it, the stronger this Shadow Self becomes. But, I recently started thinking about what if God would answer my prayers to be able to go into Littlespace. Would God grant those prayers? If he's not going to take it away, would He be willing to allow it to happen, or will I remain in this limbo state?

Its not a sin to be an abdl, as long as you dont worship the lifestyle or any aspect of it, its not like being a pornstar, or a pimp, or anything like that

What's wrong with being a porn star?

That's not an answer to what my question was. I have a pretty good idea what your scripture might have to say about it and it's not extraordinary for you to accept it as a whole to be what God says without questioning it. Lots of people do that (which is unfortunate, I have to add).

If something is wrong, it has to be wrong regardless of what your religious text has to say about it, regardless of your cultural or other background, even regardless whether it's illegal in your country or not. Can you make such case for being a porn star?

Prostitution is, as far as we know, as old as civilization, and it's has certainly not been looked down upon unanimously by all cultures or civilizations.

The negative views towards prostitution (and other sex related subjects such as homosexuality, sex outside marriage or non-procreative sex) in western society are the lingering legacy of judeo-christian indoctrination that took place for thousands of years, and it will take a long time to undo.

I get that you may personally dislike prostitution or pornography (and I would like if you didn't put these in the same boxes as pimping, which is wrong because it's human trafficking, not sex work per se), but I still didn't get a single non-religious explanation would would make these things wrong, only axioms.

So we're back to where we started, which was essentialy "It's wrong because my (bible based idea of) God says so, and I don't want to set my religious views (i.e. bias) aside for a while and give the issue a deeper, critical thought."

Oh, and, the long history of prostitution wasn't supposed to be an argument for it, if that's the impression you got. That would be a fallacy which is something I try to avoid. It was merely a part of a refutal of your assertion that all societies look down upon prostitution. They don't and didn't. But whether they do or don't is not really an argument for or against it either since humans sometimes don't quite get things right, not even when there's a widespread consensus. There was, after all, a long history of slavery being practiced and socially accepted (which your God condones by te way) among many cultures, and it did take a long time to realize that it's not only wrong, but also not beneficial to anyone.

God had rules in place for slavery to end. And has ended, the only slavery now is in ones own mind to ideology that goes against time tested values, and they can free themselves from it themselves, you still haven't answered my question, and on prostitution, when its not done under the nonsense protection of a camera, people get arrested for it, its dangerous, for both parties, before you claim "blood tests" there have been loop holes allowing infected people to still be involved on camera, when its just the prostitute and the john, the john could decide to brutalize if not murder said prostitute, so setting aside the matter of faith its still not excepted nor should it be, there are pornstars that saw the light and turned away from the industry and towards His light and forgiveness, including peter north, some even went into the ministry. Its clear you and i will not see eye to eye, so i think its best we just agree to disagree

@feralfreak and @DiapersOfTheStorm, you two are going far afield with this and it is becoming a dead premesis as neither side is willing to give any, it would seem. One has an issue with faith over critical thought, and also there is an issue with not considering faith based beliefs as valid.

The true purpose of this post was to speak out and possibly gather those who feel the same way and validate their feelings as both believers and ABDL's.

Not to knock down either one of you. You are entitled to your disagreement but if you could direct message one another that would be more considerate.

To update this post, yes, God does answer Little prayers. Without going into too much detail, my relationship has grown and this side of me has become more accepted.

I dont think that would have happened, though, if i didn't trust that God had truly meant for us to be together. It could have just as easily fallen apart.

Things take time. And sometimes it feels like there isnt any. But we must remember, for good or bad, love covers a multitude of issues.

Blessings to you all!

I had already suggested agreeing to disagree in the last reply
