Have you validated your account through the email addy you registered with? That may be the problem. If you don't see the validating message in your inbox check your spam folder and follow the instructions in it.

I Checked the account is validated in "Members" status, my question is how did you get on here to post the question if you can't log in?

I am having to go through forgotten password and reset it every time in order to log on.

I know some people were getting an error that told them their password wasn't working but then if they clicked on the forum they were logged in.

it tells my that the password is incorrect, even though i know it isn't, i can't login to anything unless i reset the password which automatically logs me in

Try clearing your passwords list from your browser. If it is trying to remember the first one you used each time, then no wonder you need to keep resetting it.

i've just tried that, and it still keeps telling me the password doesn't match. guess i'm just going to have to reset my password every time.

Okay, I have been following this, so let's clear out the obvious... What browser are you using? It is a computer correct not a Phone? If your not using Firefox I highly recommend it for it's password storage. If you are using Firefox insure it is the latest greatest. Finally To start it right You will need to totally delete (Uninstall) your browser. You will need to go to the folder after that it was installed into and delete that folder as well as any contents (Should do that by itself it you delete the root directory folder) Then you will need to download a system program such as Glary Utilities (Free for 30 days) and run it's "one click maintenance". It will go through your system and clear all the weird things that lay dormant in your registry and folders and browser.

okay repaid, i have done all you suggested on my laptop and i'm still having the same issue
