I didn't dress up myself, but I wore my diaper since I am trying to stay in them 24/7.

I was going to dress up as my little self (a diaper, overalls, onesie, mary janes and pigtails) but when it came time to get to go, I was so busy putting things together for everyone else that I couldn't get the alone time I needed to "diaper up" so I ended up just dressing as a scare-crow (a costume that my teen-aged son wore to a different event)

I have in the past worn a baby dress and white tights
