Can't send new messages and can't reduce or eliminate messages in my inbox

How can I purge some or all of the messages in my inbox so I can send new messages.

Yeah, mine too. I can delete all but I have messages I need to save so that doesn't do me any goiod Will post this in the Admin section so DD can get it fixed

I used the clear folder option, if you have messages you want to save just create a folder called "delete" or something to that effect and simply any unwanted messages send to that folder and use the clear folder option

OK, I've been digging and here's the poop:

At the top left of your Inbox next to where it says "My Conversations" is a 'gear' icon. Click it and it has and option to "Empty". I presume this will dump all messages, I didn't want to try that

If like me, you have convos you want to save it gets a little more complex. You will have to open each one you want to dump, then at the top right where the "Message" box is, click on the diamond drop-down menu. Click "Leave conversation" to which you will be asked to confirm the action. Click "OK" and it will be deleted from your inbox and message count.

Not as simple as before but it works
