It is always off and on, but unpredictable and some nice person gave me the advice just to wear the diapers and go with it.

Good advice. I have my moments but it seems to start with little to nothing and gets worse as the day progresses

I tend to have good and bad weeks. Sometimes I think to myself why am I wearing,

I'd be fine. But......it only takes one spasm at the worn time and you'd be deeply embarrassed. It's better to admit the incontinence is real an wear something 24/7 and get on with you life.

I have found that stress definitely makes mine worse somdays I may only have one minor accident but under stress I have no control and go through several changes which just adds to the problem
