Only diapered when incontinent?

I think he means "do you like to wear diaper only when catheterized".

Given when someone truly is incontinent it's something they can't just turn off, therefore they most likely would always have to wear a diaper- 24/7. (Such as is my case).

However; I also like wearing diapers and would probably keep wearing them even if I somehow regained continence. As such, I voted for wearing them no matter what.

I am incontinent so I wear nappies. I have accepted and embraced this and wouldn't want it any other way now.

I learned to love mine after becoming incontinent. Finding sites like this made me realise this was the way forward. I might as well enjoy what I can't control.
