If the caregiver is into humiliation, she would just stick her hand into the diaer and say "Baby is wet and needs to be changed" very visibly and audibly. You have no idea of what that does to a 5-1/2 year old

I can see that being super useful for young babies(real). And even more useful for humiliation play with older ones(ab). Nothing like catching them in the act, unable to stop peeing. Or even having friends over that don't know about the diapers and doesn't know what that specific message sound on my phone means. I'd probably only use it rarely to keep it fresh though
