I've heard that some women like to use diapers as opposed to pads or tampons when on their periods. Do any of you do this?

I've thought about this, as I have always had a pretty heavy flow, and I usually manage to leak a bit at least once per period anyway. I'll probably try it out some time, if only for sleeping, as of right now I don't always have a lot of diapers around though.
