Diaper Reference In Christian Song

So I just bought the Toby Mac CD "Tonight" and there's a diaper reference the song "Loud 'N Clear"!

The lyrics go "I rock a mic, you rock a trike. Oops! Your diaper's wet again."

I was only half listening and was like what the?? *rewind*
