I think if you really want answers on this topic, you'd do better to first make some friends on this site, then ask them in PM's how they handle this. I recall someone else doing just this recently though I am not privy to their results (nor should I be on such personal things ) It would seem rather obvious that with incontinence occurring in women too, there are people who deal with this in the world And at least where I live, this is not a subject which is spoken of openly in mixed company very much
