Drugs probably played a large part in his death, there just wasn't enough evidence to say whether or not they did. Stimulants and depressants put a huge strain on the heart. Eventually things just give up. But that is just me speculating.

On the flip side, any sort of congenital defect of the heart or a failing system would have been detected during the autopsy. And any drugs or any other abnormal chemicals would have been found during the tox screen on the blood. So then he may have just, died.

Yeah. You'd think the tox screen would come up with something.

But yeah. He could just died as they predicted, from natural causes.
