Just I'm uncertain on the uk laws of a private individual selling something of that nature( adult XXX DL porn dvd online) and also any forum objections/rules on that.

I found out UK shops can only sell R18 version of adult porn, not sure what a private individual can sell legally online on an adult fetish site like this? Can't seem to find any information on that yet.

I know you can't in public though without a liscense or on normal sites incase minors get their hands on it.

So will have to find out both first.

LightningXIII, I didn't see your original post so I can only comment on the more recent one. Why do you think there would be any forum objections/rules against it? This is after all a fetish site, so I'd expect to see fetish material offered on it. Objections from individual members can be ignored--there are just as many people here who could want what you're offering as people who would complain about it. I don't remember anything in the rules that would prohibit such a sale either, so long as the material is legal.

I'm unsure about British law so I really can't answer your questions. However, if you're selling internationally, it's technically illegal to send pornography through the United States Postal Service. Those who err on the side of caution will use FedEx or UPS instead, while some people will take their chances with sending materials through the post office and hope that they don't get caught. The post office doesn't usually screen domestic mail, but they do randomly screen packages coming through customs. Then again, the United States Postal Service needs all the business it can get, so it wouldn't surprise me if they turned a blind eye to well concealed porn. As long as you know what you're selling is legal, I doubt that you'll have a problem selling it here.

Hopefully you can figure out whether or not you can list what you were selling here soon though.
