You can always adjust your underwear. You can wear something frillier or girlier; or even something with logos and designs that are more... little girl. Or go as far as a goodnite. You don't have to wet or anything, and nobody else has to see it.

On a related note my gf has some pairs of panties that are rhumba-style (not diaper covers)... she calls them (And other such very frilly things "boy panties", because in her experience, only boys who want to be little girls would wear them.
