There is no natural gas in my area so I have propane.

I am on a subscriber owned electric co-operative so they probably will not allow me to deal with an aggregator.

If I am wrong please let me know. I am paying $.13 per KWH for electricity.

I pay about 50 cents a month for gas, I don´t think you want to bring your business to Ecuador, we probably aren´t open to you either.
