Ok, so, a more serious picture of me... felt inspired....

(in Death Valley)

or

(by Hamlet's Statue in Stratford von Avon, England)

or

(at Redwood National Park, California... I'm the underdressed one on the left, with a general disdain for inclement weather)

(in another life, I advertised Mexican soda)

I have some other good ones, including some pictures where I modeled with a cantelope and other such craziness... But, I now feel I've spewed out a slightly more accurate represenation of myself.

Not so much. It kinda got a bit shorter when I went hiking last summer. I think I'll let it grow back out, unless it turns out to really be way to thin in the top and just looks silly. We'll see what happens to me for a job... It shocked me when I cut it... it was the shortest it had been since Reagan was president.

Here's the history of Morv's hair:

My way youthful days, in high school (the green shirted fella... not a great picture...):

My youthful days, when I was a barbarian:

http://qmt.ath.cx/~zero/mhair/hair1.JPG

After the braided, steel inlaid fu manchu came off:

http://qmt.ath.cx/~zero/mhair/hair2.JPG

In New Orleans, after it came to shoulder length (the "Prince Valiant" look):

http://qmt.ath.cx/~zero/mhair/hair3.JPG

Same look, different beard:

http://qmt.ath.cx/~zero/mhair/hair4.JPG

Looking down at me at Charlie's Bunyon, Smoky Mountain Nat'l Park (the view from there is probably the best in the Smokies -- and in my opinion, the best on the south-most 600 miles of the Appalachain Trail):

http://qmt.ath.cx/~zero/mhair/hair6.JPG

The day the mohawk came to me:

http://qmt.ath.cx/~zero/mhair/hair7.JPG

And last fall:

It is a bit longer than that now... and, like I said, it depends on the job, but I personally would prefer to let it grow out again. Job and nature may have something to say, though.

No problem... I figure they're already on a server... easy enough to share links. My ego reminds me that everyone wants to see pictures of me... lol.

Yellowstone is a great park too. I'd like to spend more time there, away from the standard attractions, which are cool, but I'd like to see more of it than just that.

Here's teh me. I'm a bit leery of giving my actual self out, but.. this one is adulterated enough that I'm not immediately recognizable, at least. A friend described this as making me look like "an evil melted grandma" and I'm not entirely certain I disagree.
