Just so they there is no misunderstanding. the sizes are standard baby panty size. Look at my gallery. Lisa is 36" and Andrea is 29" and both wear diapers. to get an idea of what I would really like in style see the Valex in the Daily Diaper Museum.

I was looking for material about Playtex baby panties, which was the grandmama of all baby panties from what I understand so I threw it in Google and got

Ifound her under "Vintage baby pants". Seems to have a wide collection.
