Hi there. I'm new. Also new to being a DL.

Hubby has done it for yrs on and off and i tried it yrs ago too but didnt get into it as i played 'mummy' for him.

But ive since gotten into it and enjoying it.

I find that at bedtime i feel cosy when i have one on and i sleep better. In the morning ill pee and just relax, i find its easier to pee in the nappy that in the loo as all the muscles are relaxed.

Hi! Yes, I, too, find it easier to relax and sleep with one on. As well, not having to get fully awake and ambulatory to go to the bathroom, when I wake before I'm supposed to, let's me go back to sleep much more readily.
