Unfortunately the diaper fetish story was mostly likely a hoax. Vitter was buster for being a John however no one could get confirmation on the diaper story and the rumour (like most) were started by a political enemy. The press did mention later that there was no confirmation of the story other than the initial rumour that went around.

I'm sure there are high powered people into diapers and age play but it may not be true in this case.
