diaperedandloving
Found this a few days ago and didnt know if anyone had seen it or not. Pretty interesting read and could be a useful and more practical way of acheiving "incontinence" without going into a more drastic method (ie, surgery or self-mutilation). Judging from the article, would require some patience but otherwise seems to be a very practical way to go about it. http://www.[That site].com/Articles/twelve_mont...ing_program.pdf The Articles section of www.[That site].com has a few other interesting reads as well for those looking for information but I found this one stood out among them. Enjoy! Link to comment
pctrasher
damn can't read pdf files on my system. can someone copy-paste the text onto here please? Assuming you have full rights to install software on your pc, and that you have a pc and not a mac or linux, download the adobe acrobat reader http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/read...l?promoid=BUIGO to view the pdf file, cause it is a LONG text. Latexman
Thank you so much for posting this!! In my opinion, that is one of the best-written, intelligent and clearly explained methods to becoming incontinent that i've ever read. It makes a great deal of sense and is not offering some pie-in-the-sky fantasy pill that you can take and instantly lose your bladder control. Instead, it offers a logical process that will retrain your body while it also retrains your mind to forget about potty-training. Yes, this program takes some time, but anything worthwhile doesn't come easily. You've been potty-trained for many many years and now you want to switch to wearing diapers; did you think that you'd "unlearn" that habit in ten minutes? Of course, i would also recommend supplementing this program with a heavy dose of SoCalAB's hypnosis recordings. i think that his excellent resources in the area of hypnosis and hypnotically-altered behavior are very worthwhile and if you are eager to lose your bladder control, the combination of SoCalAB's recordings along with the process outlined in this pdf document should insure success!! Best soggy wishes, Latexman Link to comment
247dlwear
I have done this! I read and followed the instructions 2.5 years ago and here is my story. First off, I want to start off with the current time then go in to the past on how I prepped and did this. I am not number 2 incontinent at all; I still go to the bathroom for that. I am not sure if I am incontinent or not but what I do know is that I am no longer toilet trained. Almost every morning now I wake up wet my diaper and the moment I stand or sit up in bed I wet my diaper more I don’t feel like I have control of this. I walk or sit there are times I don’t even notice that I have been wetting myself until my diaper is wet or soaked. So sometimes I feel myself wetting myself and sometime not. When I do feel myself wet my diaper I don’t even think about using anything else other than my diaper. I don’t go anywhere without my diaper on. All my friends and family think I am just incontinent, I now believe that I am incontinent to an extent now. When I change my diaper at times I dribble during my changing. I take a shower, depending on how much liquid I intake; I dribble in the shower too. This is everything I thought it would be. I enjoy this and don’t tend to ever go back. Now how did I start this? I started about 15 years ago. I started to wear diapers almost 24/7 except on long trips and special events. Then about 6 years I started to wear diapers 24/7 even on long trips and events but I still was not wetting in them all the time. Then about 3 years ago I read the instructions on how to become incontinent then 6 months later I started. Two years ago I told my friends and family that I am incontinent they all ready had an idea that I was because ether that saw my diapers on me or something like that. Now I think I may actually believe I am incontinent but I am not sure and I don’t care if I am or not. I hope this help in your decision. Link to comment

247dlwear
here is the instructions not in pdf format I suggest looking at the pdf one 1 By: ALWAYSDIAPERED@YAHOO.COM June 2004 Let me warn you now my pretty ones, this will work, this has worked, and if you journey down this road, you may never be the same. 1 Decide what you want: because you can’t have both! I have spent the better part of the past ten years scouring newsgroups and web pages for the magic bullet to take away my bladder control. I wanted to be instantly condemned to a life of diapers and pants wetting, and I wanted it now. I have found one truth in this search, aside from freak accidents and catheters; there is no way to become instantly incontinent. Don’t get me wrong, it can be done eventually… I am living proof of that. I am writing this because there is nothing that is so comprehensive anywhere, this is the answer for those that spend hours searching for the Way to Incontinence. It is a long road which involves a lot more mental retraining than physical, a lot of will power, and quite a bit of humility and humiliation. You need to ask yourself: • Do you want to be in diapers all the time or just weekends? This is a full-time program! • Are you willing to rework your wardrobe? • Are you willing to redefine yourself as incontinent? (This is the first step!) • Could you tell other people that you need to wear diapers? (This is the second step!) The Twelve Month Diaper-Training Program 1. Decide what you want: you can’t have both! 2. What… I can’t wait twelve months! 3. Know your enemy: How your bladder holds urine, and why this is a “diaper-training Link to comment
DiaperBoyKR
This sounds like a program that will really truly work, and I've seriously thought about employing it myself as soon as I get back into a situation where I can wear 24/7. Right now in not feasible for me to get the diapers I need on a regular basis. Once I'm back in the States however, I definitely intend to follow this road. Link to comment
