I press comment and nothing - I press the Permalink thingy and I get a little box that says something about "script" - I just can't figure it out...I am signed in too ??? underwhere Posted July 5, 2008 Share Posted July 5, 2008 DailyDi, I don't know if this is possible with the current software, but I do know that some blog software allows the author of the blog to approve comments to their blog entries before they are posted. If the blog software you are using here allows that, it would, at the very least, prevent public spamming on blog entries. Presumably, those blogging would simply refuse to approve blog comments which were spam in nature. [edit] I also just noticed that there are some "Moderation Options" under the profile settings for each user. It appears to be an option to require approval of messages left on blog entries, though that option appears to be off by default. Link to comment
