Server Still Slow?

Ive noticed past days the server is still slow, even theres nobody in chat or on the board, i just wonder why

and when i im some . or post it comes with a sign: server cannot be found, but still the topic is posted

four times a day the server slows for stats processing. Earlier today we had a spam attack that put the firewall in"oh no he didn't" mode for a while.

That might explain my problem. I couldn't get on for three days.. Kept saying the site wasn't here. I believe it was a DNS problem on my end coupled with your end. Boy I hate that it did it last year too. I did notice that this site is still crawling (HEHE) to me, but at least I'm able to get on now. I hate spammers.

p.s. Thanks To DiaperNH for the help about DNS..at least I had a idea it could be my provider. I was afraid something happened to "our" site
