Thickest Pull-up?

Which brand has the thickest adult pull-up style diapers? Or do such things no longer exist?

pull-ups generally arent very thick, being that they are mostly used in the place of a conventional diaper. the thickest pul-up i found doing a quick search online, XP Medical touts the Abena Abri-Flew as "perhaps the finest pullups available anywhere".

Today I discovered Tena "Underwear" is available all over my area...are those pull-ups or the fastening type?

if they are called "underwear", then im going to say pull-ups, because Depends calls there pull-ups "underwear".

If you are looking for disposable pull on adult underwear, I think the Rite Aid overnight absorbency are about the most absorbent that you can buy in a store. The more you wet them the thicker they get too.

Look for overnight pullups. Wallmart has there own brand and a lot of other stores do too. I think in the states they even have leak gaurds, all the store brands in Canada seem to be the same manufactuer.

That link is to the most absorbent Secure pull-up Underwear, with a minimum size of Medium. For smaller folks with hips 22-36" Secure offers their slightly less absorbent Plus Protective Underwear in Adult Small. My experience is that us smaller adults tend to wet slightly less than Medium people, so for us the Plus is absorbent enough.

I like "American Fare" overnights, they start off pretty thick, and they swell like you wouldn't believe when you wet them! I've been using those at night and wake up with a nice gushy bulge between my legs.

I have used the Overnight Mediums and find them too snug for my 36 inch waist, so they may be a good fit for some of you that normally take a Small.
