This setup is pretty thick -
These are kind of a skinny full-cut, meant to fit over disposables. Look at the photo, and you'll see that these look a lot like they were made by Babykins. They have the elastics and feel that are typical of that site, and also run smaller than the usual Fetware product. Size is definitely on the small end of "medium". -
These are marked medium but in typical Babykins fashion are smaller than Gary or Rearz/AC Medical mediums.

These are full-cut, Suprima size "GR. 46", which on me is the small end of "medium".

As I've posted before, I've been experiencing incontinence for the past two months or so, so I've been wearing diapers full time.

. It has taken me many years to find out how to stop leaks in bed, because i sleep mostly on my stomach. I take a "Abena Abrilet Max Pad" cut it in half widthwise, then fold it in half lengthwise. Now put on your diaper, by fastening the bottom taps first, the take the pad that is folded in half and stuff it down the front pushing the penis down a bit, then fasten the top tabs. I have had about 99% NO LEAKS! People that sleep on your side will find this system will work better for them. The big problem with diapers is thy are designed for women not men, scenes we need most of our protection up front at night, day time is different. The best diaper for day time i have found is the "Attends Extra Absorbent" now if they were white plastic back in my opinion you would have the perfect diaper for day time. I find they have just the right amount of gel and batten filler in them. If they have too much gel beads in them when siting you are going to find a problem. I have been a DL for more than 60 year and suffered with most if not all of the problems we have with diapers, plastic pants in Canada. There are a lot of online companies that are not good or just a plan rip off.

I decided to try the Changing Times Diaper Company knowing nothing other than they were having a sale and I was very impressed. Fast shipping via USPS 1st Class in plan white envelopes nothing about diapers on the return label. Quality of there Vinyl Pants seems really good. I'd definitely do business again.

I have four bed pads to protect my bed in addition to a waterproof cover on the mattress. I have 5 pull-on babykins terry (1 layer only) cloth diapers to act as backup to my disposable during the day. I have 3 babykins velcro cloth diapers to act as backup at night. -

Take an old pair of Euroflex pants where the elastic has perished, replace with new elastic, and the add an outer layer of Broderie Anglaise, joined at the waist but separate at the leg. Put a frill of Broderie on the back. -
I like making my own plastic pants and I like the old style plastic pants that had lightly textured translucent vinyl, like Empire and Woolworths Patacake pants and the Babykins Softies pants. Vinyl mattress covers and shower curtains were always a good source of material for plastic pants but in the last several years the quality of the vinyl used in these items has gone right down the tubes. The vinyl is krinkly and kind of rough, not as soft as it used to be. Does anybody know where I can find some nice soft vinyl to make plastic pants?
