I think that assumption is made because there is a vast majority of people who enjoy their diapers in a sexual way. I may be going out on a limb here but that's how it seems to me. although with me personally I have found that my diapers have gone from something of a sexual desire to something of pure comfort.... Maybe it is something that evolves in some of us?

the only regret I have was not telling my wife earlier. She is very supportive of me and my desires. my only hang up is being out with it more with her. I always feel that I can't talk ab out it or I don't know how to verbalize my thoughts. Rome wasn't built in a day though.

I have been very happy with the bambino tapes however the new cover material they are using is lighter weight and streatches more than their older ones. I wish that abena and attends would get together and devolop something. Attends has the market cornered on tape design. They just flat stick! Abena's pop off all of the time. As a matter of fact sometimes I have dificulty getting them to stay put the first time around. To fix the problem I use some packing tape to go over the existing tapes and they seem to hold. It sucks doing that but if I used attends I would go through 4 or 5 a day vs my 1 or 2 abena's per day.

I having a similar issue with my wife and I don't know how to verbally convey my desires. I attribute it to the fact that I have only spoken about this side of me on the internet. I decided to write stories and am in the process of one right now. Hopefully this will break the ice and show my wife a little what I am looking for. I donno about anyone else but I find it odd telling my wife.... "I want you to diaper me and force me to stay in them." She usually replies with, "don't you like wearing them? Why then would I have to force you?" Then I usually give up and try another angle. Thats when I decided to write stories. What better way to convey a situation than spell it out for them on paper. ~Brian

Rope bondage can be a pain. It takes patience and a lot of trust and communication between the top and sub. Although I haven't had issues with extended rope play but my bottoms know that I tie so the more they struggle the tighter it gets. I always have a pair of Medical scissors just in case they need out quick. Rope is cheep...

No there are many people out there who share your feelings. However I wouldn't try doing anything that could hurt yourself to become incon. If you wear 24/7 for a while you may find that being continent is a nice thing. Then again you may not.... But if you wear for long enough I'm sure you'll find that you may end up requiring your diapers as your bladder will get smaller and there is some thought to sphincter atrophy. Some say it happens and others say it doesn't happen.... There was a period of time where I thought it would be fun to be incon and then I wore for a long period of time. I quickly realized how arduous the task of changing and worries about leaks became. I didn't find it much fun, but there are different strokes for different folks! ~Brian

Wow, sounds to me that you are getting your diaper ruffled all up over nothing. Isn't it nice to just have this web site? I consider myself a DL and every so often like some ab stuff but as a whole I am a DL. It doesn't bother me to not have a DL only sub category. Mostly because I know it is impractical and wont get much foot traffic. Over categorize and you end up with a web site and forums that are difficult to navigate and a community that is spread apart. I feel it is ill will to compare DD to other BDSM sites as DD doesn't get near the foot traffic that ALT or others get. it would take all of the warmth and comfort out of a diaper change and replace it with something cold and mechanical. Yes convenient but there is something to be said for warmth and comfort over utility. ~Brian

If you are having troubles spilling out through the sides check out a diaper that has standing leg gathers. That may keep the accident from spilling out. Im not too certain of the details on colitis, but do bulking agents help firm the stool up? IE grains and bran and such? With UTI's and bladder infection aren't they accompanied by a constant feeling of having to go or a burning sensation whilst urinating? I haven't had any other things that would tell me I have a UTI or bladder infection, nor do I put myself in the situation to get a bacterial growth up there? Just a query. ~Brian

I wouldn't go as far as society accepting nor race. I believe its all personal whether or not someone will accept your diaper wearing side. My wife proved to me that it is just love that is for acceptance when I came out of the closet about it to her. It takes a trusting relationship a real woman/man to accept the other person for who the are. ~Brian
