    Hi I'm not a fun of veggies, but my doctor continue to insist to start eat them more. Last week I've decide to try to make a puree of potato, carrots and peas and make me some 'baby food', and try to make this torture a bit more fun. The flavor wasn't too bad but I've cheated a bit adding some spices. And for dessert some prunes puree! (but I like it) Do you know other recipes? Or something similar? I'm curious also if you know some 'punishment' recipes (more than this ahaha) TY!

    But thay can consider to make Rebecca change the messy diaper herself in front of the other girl. Probabaly more humiliating than be changed by someone

    Maybe Matilda can 'help' Rebecca's incontinence with some special diet. A lot of liquids during the day, very big plates of vegetables... some soft laxative in the brekafast... I really love this story

    Diapers help me a lot, the feeling, the bulkines. I feel more femininity come out from my body. The best is when I use also a chastity device, so I can reduce to the minium the feeling from down there, this helps in times when i'm feeling most dysphoric
