I'm going through a similar transition from DL to AB. I always found diapers arousing, well at least as far as I can remember which is back to 4 years of age. But I didn't realize and accept until recently that I have a strong AB side as well. It started when I got a pacifier, and found its effects to be more euphoric than usual. Then I started chatting with people I met online and they wanted to do a little ab/bro role play. Last week I got a bottle, and now sleep every night with a bottle, plushie and pacifier! Before I just wore diapers, but if I really think back to my long ago diaper fantasies, I can definitely remember there was always an element of forced regression - I remember imagining being kidnapped by the girls in my class, tied to a pole in a diaper and bonnet and teased. I had a dream that I was trapped in daycare with the babies, and there was no one to let me out. I don't know why but I think I tried to deny that part of me. I'm glad I'm finally coming around!

Wow, Christine, sounds like you had a lotta toys! And a great memory to boot. I love remembering all the ways I used to play as a kid. Honestly, the most important part was my imagination, coming up with stories and scenarios out of thin air, I could sure use some more of that creativity today!

But I got the cloth inserts. Honestly, I found it's hard to be bulky enough for others to notice. They just aren't looking for it.

They come in packs of 6 I believe, more than enough to create a lot of bulk. I find two sufficient for a night diapering and 4 great for feeling extra bulky. I just stick em in the middle of any diaper and they stay put just fine. I use em with depends, and sometimes I stick a diaper stuffer on top so I can feel it swell up when I pee. I found em at babies r us!

Haha, toys are fun. I think going to Lakeshore reminded me of how much time I used to spend playing with my toys and having a blast. I think building blocks and connecting tracks are great because you can always create something different. Hmm, I might just have to go back to that store. That 100 piece wooden road building set was on sale... Also I remember building a fort and a pirate ship with cardboard boxes. A good reason to start saving your diaper boxes!

I was just at Lakeshore Learning Center today and was blown away by the all the cool toys they had there! I find it hard to imagine having much fun playing with a key ring or simple baby toy but they had puzzles and games and this 100 piece wooden road building set, plus all the bet time books I remember from childhood! Oh and those big cardboard building blocks that are printed to look like bricks... I'll admit I felt a little guilty at how excited I got about playing with all this 'kid stuff' but man I want some! What kind of toys do you like playing with?

Thanks for the tips! I will keep on trying. I don't want to be incontinent, but over the last week I've taken baby steps toward wearing 24/7 for the next three months. I've started changing discreetly at work, and today I wore during my workout in the gym for the second time ever. Changing my pants in the locker room while diapered was a first! I'll show those darn muscle reflexes who's boss!

I've been wearing nearly non stop for just over a week now but I still have a problem relaxing enough to use my diaper! Anybody have any tips and tricks? I've found that running water, drinking and sitting up or standing still helps but I would really like to be able to relax those muscles more naturally, It's frustrating having a full bladder and having to tense up some other muscles or stop and hold my breath to go.

Just ordered a case of Medium Abena X plus, Case of Abri-Let Maxi, Case of Molicare medium, and two cases of small Tranquility ATN (my favorite!). They'll go great with the plastic pants I ordered! Gee, I spend all this money, now I have to put all this stuff to good use!

I use their cloth stuffers and they work pretty well. They fit perfectly between the leg gathers of my favorite diapers.

No way, I love my kinky side because it makes life more fun. In fact, I've picked up a few fetishes over the years through experimentation and introduction via friends. I suspect many of my ex room mates know though we never discussed it. Some hints were dropped - one room mate used diapers in place of widgets in an economic discussion, one lent me 'breakfast at tiffany's', one asked "do you wear depends?" To which I replied "Huh?" I agree with vaarjas, I consider sex recreational. Now I would be lying if I denied the prurient nature of my interest in diapers, but for me wearing them is less sexual than it used to be. When I first had the chance to acquire them, my heart would pound wildly at just the thought of wearing diapers. Now that it's been a few years, I wear them much more casually - sometimes under my clothes during everyday activities as BoTox does. In fact, I wore them to work tonight! Alls I gotta say is it's hard to have a bad day at work when you're wearing diapers...

That's a great idea! When I write poetry or music, the material that comes from very personal subjects feels more raw and powerful than other material. However, it is also pretty intimidating. I applaud you for having the courage to do this. I would suggest including good concrete detail, and especially to express the sensory detail associated with bedwetting. Maybe also dip into associations the sensations bring to you. Just don't turn it into a half assed limerick. End rhyme is sooooo last century.
