Just finished work early and felt a little bleh so I did a massive enema and doubled up. About 15 minutes late it wanted out so I just relaxed and my diaper filled up. Couple of major torrents and some minor poops. Felt amazing coming out, so warm. Feels amazing now and I'll get cleaned up soon

just now. padded up after a weekend away and did a big enema and relaxed uaround until it started forcing its way out. no pushing just relaxing and feeling the warm water fill up my diaper. some air must have been in there too because every now and then a big wet fart would come out haha. the nappys still in really good shape so I'm just gonna keep it on in case of aftershocks

I do an enema when I know I have a mess there and its being a little slow to come out. Or, of course, if Im preparing for sex. Ive found that cold water makes the cramps worse whereas if the water is lukewarm or body temp then theres less cramps if any. My enema bulb often lets a little bit of air into my body while Im doing the enema which results in some amazing squishy noises when I release.

I'll often wake up quite early, fill my pants if it's soft enough and then go back to sleep and wake up properly
