Last weekend I had the entire day to myself, when I'm getting ready for a binge I always start with making a bottle and putting it in the fridge while I diaper up and get my onesie on, then I chuck a bunch of dummies everywhere and pick my favorite one to suck on for a while. Once I have my diaper and dummy I grab my bottle and drink while I watch cartoons with some breakfast. -

I have sleeping issues as well, I tried prescription medication, and it helped a lot, but I was extremely groggy during the day which made it very difficult to function at school and work.

They're baby nipples, I got the largest sizes I could, this is an old Photo so I don't have any of these dummies anymore, but I do still buy the round-shield ones and the pink and purple ones. -
