i do find this intrsting and diffrent . i like it

FedEx express is down ALOT over 40% from 2007 but thats just the express part .. FedEx Ground is up over 30% in the same time frame and does more then 300times the packages the the express side

I work for fedEx/federal express (there the same company and really theres no real diffrence from UPS

packing enough is always a gable sometimes you go though more then others, and what happened will happen again. it happens to all of us. diapers leak (if you have cats they leak more often ) . i have a backpack i take with me everywere ,and i always have 2 more then i think i will need and a pack in the car for spare diapers and a change of clothes, when it dose happen just take a deep breath. and my taxes and insurence too, but i dont mind i think the medical sould be free to all .. dose a viris care if your illigal . i for one would do what ever i could to get my loved ones the best care i could .. if that ment crossing a border fine by me

I got a job, finnaly. i'm going to be working at FedEx Its great im only going to be working 5 hours shifts, witch is good for me (i wont have to change at work and No drug tests

Thanks guys for the advice. I called the testing company and a blood test or a pee test it's my choice . the company dose get charged more for a blood test, but I won't have to pay anything. As for my old job. I talked to my old manager that quit the month before and she will testify for me for unemployment that the area manager tells managers to do what they did to me to get them to leave. And I had the best sales and customer compliments in the store. Also I called there "business abuse line" and told them about the situation.

I am Medically Incontinent due to a stroke i had five years ago. The stoke left me incontinent and the left side of my face is mostly paralised. I dont want to disclose my incontinence to the place Im interviewing. wheather it's right or not it could be a factor in getting the job. The reason i looking for a job now is that at the clothing store i wokred at our regonal manager, checking for stolen product searched all employee bags. When she searched mine she found my diapers. Within a week my hours were cut to 1 day, 5 hours shift a week, and Everyone in the reagon knew about my diapers. It was like i leaper. After the stroke it took me a long time to come to terms with my incontinence, and wearing diapers all the time, I have accepeted and have grown to Like it. It's the idiots out there that dont understand or want to understand that im "gunshy" about. Thanks Adam So I'm a bit gunshy.

Do you think the company will pay for the diffrent test, as an acomidation for a disablity. Or will I have to pay out of pocket for the cost diffrence.

Any one have ideas on handaling this

I wear strechy underwear over my diapers. They kill the sound (not that any one can really hear them ) and they compress them. I work in a mens clothing shop the best jeans for covering I've found is Levis 560 Comfrot fit They have extra room in the seat and they fit easly at the waist. Also Echo brand baggy pants have plenty of diaper room Adam

During Rob Corduy's segment on the Jackson trial he missed him when he entered the courthouse because he was in the porta potty. Blaming his sapstic colan. Then he said "After strapping on a diaper I tried to get in to the courthouse.
