  2. what songs do you find catchy that you can't get out of your head. For me some of the ones I find to be catchy include the catchy song from lego movie 2, This is Slaughter race that is sung in the end titles of Ralph breaks the internet, Everything is awesome, musical doodle from spongebob

  3. In the Doctors episode personal demons. Heston Carter, Emma Reid and Valerie pitman tell their tales. in Valere's tale the Faust and the Furious. She mentions drooling and her adult nappy needing changing, she gets shrunk down to a normanl baby and Devil Zara say's to her as she looks in the pram at Baby Valerie "I'm sorry about the drooling and the nappy Valerie, I know that you wanted to avoid that, but you will stay young forever, you are so pink and plump and perfect, such chubby little cheeks"

Thank you both so much for responding; I don't know why, but just having someone reassuring me like this has a huge impact. It's still difficult to not feel worried, but maybe that's just normal for discovering that you have a little side?

You're welcome as it's a pleasure to help. We're all part of the same community and we help one another out when ever we can

  5. I agree as there's nothing to be scared of or to be worried about Just be comfortable. You're in control and only Regress further when you're ready to, Try to get a good balance between your little and adult side, Don't force yourself to go into your little space when you're not in the mood. It's up to you how long you stay as you can stay in your little space for as long as you want as there's no time limit, When you're in your little space try not to let any Adult thoughts get into your head

  6. I had my first ever Amazon dream last night. I was adopted by an Amazon who just loved and cared for me, she changed me when I needed changing, fed me whenever I needed feeding, played with me, picks me up, holds me in her arms and carries me. Some of the rules that she had put in place was that I wasn't allowed to go in the bathroom without her, wear the clothes that she dressed me in. I had to call her Mum. I had to be in bed by 9pm and had to go down for a nap at 1.15pm with no exceptions

  7. I came across the chapter writing creatively starting from page 120 of the Dream experience book and this was a book that I bought years ago and I get off the shelf every now and then, This bit on page 121 which got me thinking about our inner critic "let your imagination soar. ignoring the inner critic who seeks to stifle your creativity" Seeing that we all have an inner critic does anyone tend to listen or ignore their inner critic and let it stifle their creativity.
