    So I finally found the courage to go to the doctor and talk about my problems to get a prescription for my depression and anxiety. It wasn't an easy thing to do but if it can help it's worth it. I'm also going to go to therapy and seek more help. I just want to be happy and it sucks feeling the way I do.

    I do. This lifestyle has always been a safety blanket for me. There's a feeling of security and comfort when wearing and engaging in abdl. My favorite thing after a long stressful day is to diaper up and watch cartoons. I know diapers will always be there and a diaper doesn't judge. It also brings back the sense of being carefree and youthful. I need that in my life and I turn to this to provide that for me.

    How should I go about telling my GF?

    I remember telling my gf it's not easy but it's totally worth doing because you want someone that loves you for who you are. Thankfully my gf was turned off by it or felt like I was weird she said it was who I am and it didn't change her feelings about me. I'm glad I told her early on because it's not good to lie to someone you care for and you want them to accept you. Just be prepared for either way it may go. If it doesn't work out it wasn't meant to be and if it does you're a very lucky person.

    I was potty trained close to the age of three. I wet the bed until I was 9 and had occasional night time accidents until I was 13. I had daytime accidents of pants wetting into the fifth grade but that was like once maybe twice a year by that time. When I was in second grade my parents thought about putting me back in pull-ups during the day but thankfully they didn't. I don't remember being made fun of for having day time accidents. I do remember being tormented by my brother and the neighborhood kids about wearing diapers to bed. Kids are mean.

    To boost or not to boost?

    When I have a good diaper I don't waste booster pads in them. I save my booster pads for less absorbent diapers as they need the increased capacity. The only time I'd use a booster in something has good absorbency is if I was planning on wearing the diaper for more than 12 hours.

    My new favorite pull-up is the tena extra. I like then because they are very comfortable and soft. They have leg gathers which is something I always look for on any diaper or pull-up. The absorbency is better then the attends over night. I have used the tranquility pull-ups and they always leak on me and these haven't.

    Thanks for the kind replies. I really appreciate the support. I'm glad members on here rally around others when they need help. I've been talking with a close friend to have some support. See with college this is my second degree. I have a bachelors in management but when I graduated and didn't have a job. I ended up doing janitorial work at the visitors center while I was still searching for a job in which I could use my degree. This went on for several months and I became extremely discouraged. I knew the only way things would change is if I made a change. So I decided to go back to college for a degree in engineering. It was a hard decision to make but I knew it was going to lead to better things for me. This road I've taken in engineering has been a lot of hard work but also very rewarding. It gives me anxiety because I feel the pressure more than ever to succeed and do well so I don't end up jobless like I did with my first degree. I hope this adds some perspective to my situation.

    My therapist left the clinic I was visiting. She moved away after a year of me having services with her. I was offered to continue with someone else but I hate having to meet someone new and tell them your life's problems. I spent 1 hour every week at her office telling her about my life and personal problems for the past year. It's hard to just pick that up with someone else.

    Lunches, bags and work

    I bring a lunch box to work and school but it's a blue lunch box. I'd carry a kids one but they aren't big enough for me in terms of capicaty. I do have a gold fish shaped cracker holder and a wonder bread sandwich holder that I use. I've been thinking about buying a Star Wars thermos for soups.
