  1. If you ever start that town, PLEASE let me know. I would LOVE to live there!
  2. My playhouse was built on stilts, and you had to climb a ladder to get into it. Even so, my friends and I still called it a "tree house", although this technically wasn't correct. When I was around 9 years old, we enclosed the bottom of it and put a door on it, to make a "ground floor" if you will. It also had a slide, and one of my favorite things to do was climb up the slide after sliding down. I also remember pushing my toy cars down the slide.
  3. I just got a swingset in my backyard this year, and I love swinging out there. Really makes me feel like a kid again!
  4. I finally had time to listen to the ASMR video you posted, that's great! I can understand how that would help someone fall asleep. Thanks for sharing! Well, technically you're correct, he probably should have used the terms "Adult Kid" or "Little". But from reading his post, I know what he means.
  5. Wow! How did I miss this? This is great! Thanks for writing this!
  6. Yes, I am this way. I wear briefs all the time (wore boxers one time, and hated them), and since I'm totally blind, I don't really have access to diapers at all. My little persona's age is between 7-12 years old, and while I often fantasise about wearing diapers at that age, the reality is, I didn't wear them at that age. I express my inner child in other ways, like swinging on a swingset, playing with toys (cars, Lincoln Logs, castle, etc), and listening to children's music and shows. I still live with my parents, and they know I'm this way, and their cool with it. I have a job, so maybe I'll have enough money to have my own place one day. I completely understand what you mean about preferring a sibling relationship over a boyfriend or girlfriend. I'm an only child, and I don't know what it's like to really have a brother or sister, maybe that's why I like the idea so much. And I also understand what you mean about playing both roles, if you mean that you play big brother and little brother at the same time. I do that with myself all the time! You can PM me if you like. Thanks for reading. CJ
  7. Hey thanks for responding! Although our stories are different, we seemed to have arrived at about the same place. That active imagination is also what atracts me to being a kid. So adventuring and reading boys books are something I enjoy as well. Hey that's a good one!
  8. Hi all, I'm wondering when you first had the desire to go back to being a kid again. For me, it started when I was 12. Technically I was still a child, although barely so. There had been a lot of changes since 4th through 6th grade, and I started to really miss the second and third grade years. Of course it wasn't perfect, but it was a whole lot better than the "now", still is. So how about you? Thanks in advanced for responding. CJ
  9. Oh yes! I definitely wish I could go back to grade school. Second and third grade were the best. I had good teachers, and in third grade we learned a lot of history. A lady would bring in a lot of old things from the past to show us, and our classroom was in the old part of the school building, which was really neat! There was a basement which could only be accessed through an outside door (that was always locked), and I always wondered what was down there. I also miss recess. In science we built volcanoes out of clay and made them erupt! As you can imagine, at that age I really didn't mind going to school. It was fun! Could someone PLEASE invent a time machine?!
  10. Sounds like you have a verry well thought out alt universe for your middle side. I like it! Thanks to all who have posted so far, i really enjoy reading your responses. CJ
  11. While I see my inner child living in the mid-late 80's, I have to agree with you. As someone who also grew up in the 90's, it WAS a good decade to be a kid. Things were still pretty well made back then. I have some toys from that time and they are much better than the ones made today. Also, diapers were still plastic for most of that decade. I have memories of wearing them until I was nearly 5 years old. I also remember seeing the first "cloth-like" disposable diaper and thinking it was rather strange. However I wasn't really into the pop culture at the time. While all the kids in my second grade class were digging the Backstreet Boys, I was listening to Kenny G, Lee Ritenour, Larry Carlton, and others of that ilk on the smooth jazz station. Yeah, you could still get good music on the radio back then. It wasn't all loud noise and singers that sound more like computers than actual human beings. I do however remember "dancing" to the Macarena at the third grade dance. It was fun! Yeah, I would hate to be a kid now. Growing up with "smart" phones, anti-social media, mind-numming music, and inane cartoons. How HORRIBLE! Give me Mr. Rogers, good music, and good toys, and my inner child is happy! The 80's and 90's were the best! CJ
  12. This is precisely why I like the 1980's. The disposable diapers were thick and crinkly, and they were available in sizes to fit everyone from infants to adults. As for music, you could buy your music on records, tapes, and CDs. And while some of the pop music was good, there was more variety on the radio. You could hear stations playing everything from 40's big band swing, to current jazz and new-age music. While I didn't get to spend much time in the 80's, I still think that decade was great! I would love to re-visit it as a diapered older kid. But since I can't do that, the best I can do is re-create it.
  13. I read this story before on the other site, but since I'm not a member there I couldn't coment.
  14. First of all, welcome to the site RagsBoy! Yes, although I haven't riddin in a carseat for many years, I think I would enjoy it. I like the idea of the buckle between my legs, pressing on my diaper. CJ
  15. Just out of curiosity, why was Lincoln Logs a disapointment? I had them when I was a kid and thought they were great! I also had an old set of "American Plastic Bricks" and they were very tedious to work with, as they did not snap together like the new Legos do. You make one wrong move, and your whole building falls down!
