I'm LG not sissy and I have thought about this subject a lot I think I'm drawn to wearing pink and pretty little dresses because there is very little difference in a man wearing boys clothes and a man wearing a nappy under normal clothing. I have two older sisters and the difference in how we were treated was staggering. If we were going out on a family day out I would be expected to be smart whilst my sisters were expected to be pretty so I would often be dressed in clothes very similar to what I would wear today to be smartly turned out. my sisters would always get new clothes whereas I would get replacement clothes when my were worn out because it seemed that girls required a more extensive wardrobe in order to be girls. I remember many shopping trips where my sisters would come back with new skirts etc and I would not even have been considered for a new purchase or I would get a token toy or something just because my parents had spent money on my sisters.

Im definitely little girl, sissy to me is over the top frilly(my opinion) I prefer the look of a toddler anything that you could reasonable expect to see a real little girl wearing, of course pretty pink plastic pants and rhumbas are ok because. there isn't any real evidence to show that there are more bedwetters today then say 20 yrs ago even the demographic makeup has remained the same more or less, the too comfy argument is widely used by the real nappy (cloth) advocates as is the environmental theories which are actually in favour of disposables on a carbon lifetime study

well I have the whole weekend to myself with absolutely no plans so Im in little girl mode till Monday morning at least, went shopping yesterday but my dad was with me so I couldn't stock up on babyfood or formula which would have made the weekend perfect.

I read a psychology article the other day that was talking about how common it is that children around the age of 5 to want to go back into nappies, around that age is the first real growing up a child does, starting school, expected to be more socially responsible and its often the time that parents begin to discipline child with full consequences for their actions. the conclusion of the article was that it would not be harmful to indulge the child (albeit for very short periods) as long as it is done in a constructive way and there is full understanding on both sides that it will be for so long and no longer etc. and the parents don't rely on it as a way to sort out their kids problems and don't allow the kids to rely on it as a regular fall back method. Of course I'm sure there is probably a similar article out there saying the exact opposite

I've seen lots and lots of doctors over the last 10 years or so and what I find weird is I'll go through my medical history telling them everything they need to know about my incontinence and that it cant be fixed yet nearly all of them seem to be on a mission to cure it even though I have had every test under the sun and got nowhere they all go through the same list.......have you had this done have you had that done etc etc. I think there must be a prize up for grabs for the first doctor to cure incurable incontinence, it just seems weird that so many of them seem to obsess over it
