  1. I'm free most of the time, mainly money that concerns me. Next week, not Monday or Sunday. Free Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon after 4pm, and probably anytime on Thursday, Friday or Saturday. Would prefer early evening though as fewer annoying noisy children around.
  2. Hahaha :-) Also, McDonalds is not licensed; no offence but to process meeting new people I would definitely require alcohol. The Hungry Horse isn't too bad if you avoid the times when the whole family type groups turn up; food isn't too expensive either.
  3. Aside from Harvester there is the somewhat obligatory McDonalds, a Hungry Horse, Pizza Hut, and Beefeater.
  4. There's really only three; I just reviewed the search results and some of those are in Derby or Loughborough. I was thinking of the restaurant in Trinity Square but I believe they may have closed it now. Castle Marina would be my next preference for transport reasons and also as the Wilford restaurant tends to exclude offers for some reason (apparently there is presently 40% off mains using the app) though Wilford may be more suitable for discussing, erm, stuff if people so desire. For me it would depend on how accessible it is. I've been past the Wilford restaurant on buses but never been inside there.
  5. My main concern aside from physical access is money at the moment. I have read reviews about Anne's Burger Shack which generally read that the food is excellent but expensive. I can't do much this weekend as I'm short of cash unfortunately. In respect of the Harvester, which one were you thinking of? There are several in Nottingham.
  6. Ok. So the obvious questions; when and where?
  7. I can't ride a bike, but if you're considering a meal or similar that is something I would consider.
  8. Lol, padded bike rides. Have fun
  9. Ah, I understand. I do know someone who takes antipsychotics but I wasn't aware that period release injections existed for them.
  10. Is there some correlation between Nottingham people and biking?
  11. I wouldn't imagine you experiencing any problems on that basis. Do you need assistance with changing?
  12. You're dependent on them from continued use? Asking for clarification. Not always. Though personal experiences may vary. I have seen many doctors in many specialities and in general medicine across several hospital (this is part of the "entertainment" of the collection of medical problems I have); when visiting for diagnostic purposes such as to run an MRI, CT, EEG, ENG, ECG, Ultrasound etc [I have experienced many tests] the doctors/medical staff performing those have never asked me why I am wearing. For the avoidance of doubt, it is normally obvious. Getting me into an MRI for instance is quite a procedure as I use a powered wheelchair, which is obviously ferro-magnetic, hence I need to be transferred to an MRI wheelchair and then transferred onto the actual MRI machine; this involves much awkward movement for me and others and I tend to wear my jeans/trousers low and loose to avoid pressure on my spine and as a result they almost always move somewhat. It is also rare for consultants and registrars to ask, unless I've been admitted quickly for something urgent and they even haven't received or haven't read all my notes. The only doctors who are likely to ask are random locum doctors at my GP practice or similar, despite having ready access to my notes. Actually sometimes it is difficult to not lie to your doctor, depending on your situation; when I was first admitted for neuro investigation I denied until I could no longer speak that I was experiencing bladder incontinence despite the evidence being quite apparent - me laying there on a hospital bed with wet underwear while surrounded by the consultant and a registrar. I did find the whole situation humiliating. This probably did not help expedite my diagnosis though. What's a depot injection? Apologies if I have missed any points; many posts are showing truncated to me.
  13. On, the random italics return. Back on topic - it seems a little odd that you were left with the "just have traits" sentiment; if you are processing or thinking in a certain way and it's not a result of autism or an autism disorder, I would imagine there is something else causing it. I'm surprised they didn't have any interest in determining what.
  14. I have noticed this, I thought it was my system/browser configuration, so am glad I am not alone as this negates the possibility of this being the cause. It is rather annoying; as a hypothetical example this is what tends to happen for me: What should be present Hello, my name is X and I wear nappies Y often because of Z. I live in A and have met many people into this type of thing. I am finding it difficult to explain to my close friends who do not know yet about my interest though What I am often seeing Hello, my name is X and I wear nappies Y often because of Z. I live Additionally, I've noticed that where text is quoted I only see the quoted text in the outline box and not the response intended with it, or sometimes just an empty quote box. What is odd is that more text is often displayed in the activity log of the posting user.
  15. I might not have mentioned it in this thread but I do have an obvious disability, I use a powered wheelchair - not something you can easily miss unless you have a vision impairment. I'm mostly independent though and so can encounter some problems using them where access requires conversing with an attendant rather than use of a standard Radar key, especially with my speech issues. My chair has a seat lift and the changing benches are height-adjustable so this isn't an issue for me, as I can transfer, albeit slowly. However, sometimes they are reluctant to allow you to use them without an assistant.
  16. Yes, all the time as it often can't be avoided; I prefer not to remain sitting in the same used nappy for a long time just to avoid this. However, if I'm about to go home I might just wait until then. Sometimes how tired I am or how well my hands are responding can effect it, or if there is a Changing Places toilet available.
  17. Yes; i'm urinary incontinent with some bowel issues too.
