I was in a accident early Friday morning I had a 2010 Chevrolet cobalt it had a rebuilt title but I was told it was repaired correctly.. I went off the road and couldn't regain control and I ended up going into a guardrail and none of the air bags in the car deployed.. My big concern is the car should of flipped and then rolled down a embankment but it didn't but if it had I would of needed the airbags.. Do you think I would have a case against the car dealership or not.. and where sh...

(ctd.) longer in your seat, that could have also caused the airbag system to disengage. I don't know enough about the airbag system on the 2010 Chevy Cobalt to tell you if you would or wouldn't have a case against the dealership or even Chevy itself though, but it's possible that the airbags function exactly as they were supposed to by not deploying. (ctd. 2) You'll need to consult someone whose knowledge of cars is far greater then mine to determine if you have a case, and whether it's against the dealership or Chevy itself. It's possible that the car was rebuilt correctly and there's some unknown vehicle-wide flaw with this particular airbag system.
