    The people who say that diapers shouldn't be normal and should stay as a kink or a fetish are the ones who have serious psychiatric issues. Incontinent folks like me want diapers and incontinence normalized because it helps end the stigma of incontinence and diapers.

    getting back into daily 20 miles on exercise bike after time off at christmas

      5 days back at 20 miles on bike and 4 walking.  Legs still sore when done. But less sore than last Friday.

    Busy day, turkey cooked and turned into soup in about 8 hours.  Tired frog.
