if you are in the uk go to the GP or practice nurse and explain the situation and they will put you forward for a continence nurse who will assess your situation.The prescription is organsised there and then and they are posted out to you in a brown box but sometimes these have the writing on the box so make sure you are in as they do leave them on the doorstep/some areas you collect the nappies from the clinic/health centre yourself take a large bag if you are worried to be seen.I do not think it matters where you are if you want a prescription you need a healthcare professional to produce the prescription.Again if you are in the UK sign up to the Bladder and Bowel Foundation and they list the Local Health Authories to contact direct,but you will need to be assessed.

I have been in hospital and half the ward I am on are in some sort of nappy pant,I have had bowel surgery and asked the nursing staff for the nappy pants/all in ones depending on what ward I have been on as to what you get.If you are up and about you will have to change yourself or you do in the uk unless you are incapable, no one cares what each other are wearing as they say What goes on in hospital stays in hospital.I wasn't incontinent when I first went into hospital but now due to adhesion I leak from the bladder and leak from the bottom and have sudden calls from my bowels but try not to use inco wear as to me it is a pleasure/pastime and am reluctant to have to wear 24/7 with no fun.

If you need a babysitter I am here in Ascot I am a bigbaby but also can be a strict daddy/grandpa.

When I am feeling low or not well nappies are a comfort to me,that is why I am sitting in a nappy.Do need them for bowel trouble but not at the moment it is for comfort,just wish I could share this with someone again.

Have you tried the Ikea day bed it has 3 railed sides and can be made to look babyish,a nanny in Somerset uses one,or buy 2 of the beds and make it 4 sided but you would have to climb over the rails to get in or out or have a strong mummy/daddy that could lift you in and out.My mummy would often put me into my cot if I played up and wouldnt be aloud to snuggle up to mummys breast,so being put into a cot in the nursery room was punishment!

Why worry what other people think as long as both of you are willing partners go for it,I just wish it could still be me since my wife/mummy passed away

Lonely adult baby has recently lost his mummy and needs a babysitter or nanny to care for me as I should not be left alone.Females only please still not a new age man/baby.

I have suffered the other way round had part of my large bowel removed and after repeated infections I now regularly suffer from chronic diarrhoea but I believe because of the surgery that I have under gone this has left me with severe adhesions I think it is these that are now causing incontinence on the urinary side if you have had abdominal surgery some people will have major problems with adhesions told the doctors and they just pass you around to someone else.

Last night I had to change my nappies 3 times but I suppose that is better than changing the bed clothes,what mummy would do that I would be in double nappy and plastic pants not great in this weather now its got warm

When I first met my wife there was something special,I think I told her straight away or at least very soon after we spent our time together.Nothing happened as we were moving around with new jobs but then when we were settled I gave her some magazines,Forum,that had articles stories involving people who wore nappies unknown to me I was called to the bedroom and nappied and dressed as a baby for the first time.She brought a baby outfit from a joke shop and nappies and plastic pants from a chemist.I was shaking with fear and excitement the first time it was her that told me I could wet my nappy.Now years later I find myself without a partner and wondering if I could be so lucky second time around though the baby side is there,it will not go away,it isn't as important part of me as years ago.

Unlike some of you big babies I had a mummy that would change my nappies but the number 2s were very few and far between real accidents,so mummy always made sit on a potty in the middle of the room and keep asking if her big baby had pooed,this was how she humilated me,baby clothes and nappies normal made to sit on potty scary.Mummy would always clean me up and put me back into a nappy but made clean out the potty.Oh I miss those days

Recently lost my wife/mummy need comfort now more than anytime but no one to tell just tapping in hoping to forget take my mind off of things.

Can anyone tell me if they use a waterproof terry towelling mattress protector.My problem am both bowel and urinary incontinent at times I also suffer night sweats so I have just brought a new mattress ruined the old one.Heres my problem covered the mattress with the terry towelling then a fitted cushioned mattress protector over that and a sheet on top.As I produce a lot of body heat is it me getting hot or the mattress protector causing the heat.Bigbabygee
