Hi, I have had Botox injections twice into my bladder. Being a male, I was put under to have the procedure done. I was hoping that it would help and it did for about 3-4 weeks somewhat but wore off to quick. It works differently with each person. Because my incontinence is thought to be due to nerve problems, it didn't work for me. As for the interstim, I am not a candidate for it because I am always working around high manganic fields. So since nothing has worked or can work for me, my urologist has accepted for now that I use diapers until my incontinence start to cause me kidney problems and then at that time, my bladder will be removed and I will have to wear a bag on my belly to collect urine.

I make sure I wear my good Abena diapers and then put down a good bed pad. I haven't had any problems and if I leak, the pad keeps it contained.

I have found that Northshore Care Supply offers the best bed pads I have ever found. Tranquility Peach Sheet Underpads are really great. I have found that the reps at Northshore are very helpful and really know the best products to use.
