    I reduce the smell with a hand cream normally from the dollar store. After excreting I usually work most of it into my crotch area and start pumping my legs in and out unbtil it smears into my genital area. The hand cream adds slipperiness.

    I haven't been rough with my ABDL actions but the other week I excreted nearly a quart of blood. No pain just blood. What's the matter with me ??

    I've tried just about everything. I've willingly tried fully relaxing and not forcing myself to urinate. 18 hours later I was still high and dry. I then forced myself to pee for fear my bladder would burst.

    I love multiple diapers they make me waddle. I usually have 14 or more on after the first three I put on a diaper cover .. on top of the 14 or more diapers I have a pair of spreading waddle pant which I also stuff with a large piece of sponge until i get done my knees are spread 15" apart with everything compressed. O-h-h-h whatt a feeling.. especially when I've taken a home made enema !!

    I have a female friend who wants to be doubly incontinent. Are there any mini diapers or protection barriers to protect the urethra from fecal contamination ??
