I would REALLY love to have it done to me, straightjacket with a diaper is one of my fantasies. As for the safety implications, I probably would not go full restraint with someone you have not dealt with before. Otherwise 12 hours in a staightjacket PROPERLY applied can be quite painful quite quickly due to arms falling asleep and then becoming painful. Chances are she will take it easy on you from that perspective... Lucky you. Wish my wife would satisfy this desire but she is really plain vanilla when it comes to these things although I love her dearly...

I had a ruptured disk that damaged my spinal cord and had surgery about 10 weeks ago for decompression and fusion of C6-C7 bones in the neck (ACDF). In the last two weeks I started feeling more and more dizzy and feel that I will pass out so it is getting worse. Anyone with a spinal surgery had that happen? Doctor wants me to start taking a Medrol dose pack, which is a strong steroid anti-inflamatory but I want to avoid going that route. Any suggestions on how to improve it?

My wife knows but wants nothing to do with it and trying to convince me to stop. I keep trying but it is a coping mechanism for me and thus when stressful situations occur, I tend to get a nappy and go back to it. I do have two kids so I tend to do it when they are out of town or when I am away on business. Sad really that I can't talk to her about it without she getting all emotional on me...

The best diapers at regular pharmacy are depends fitted briefs since they will hold back mess much better than store brands and can take a single flood without leaking. As for laxatives, I normally (once a month max) take 2 dulcolax laxative suppositories. They take between 15-45 minutes to work and they result in dramatic urgency. Best to leave them in there as long as possible since that produces the most spectacular effect. The worst laxative experience I had was with Castor oil. Took 80ml before I tied myself down spread-eagle for a 6 hour self-bondage session. Talk about WOW. The urgency, craps, and you keep on going and going and going... Thank god for placing alot of absorbent pads under me because there is no diaper capable of holding a castor oil session...

Sounds like someone is taking care of a disabled person and needs help. Does not sound like an AB scenario to me, just someone overwhelmed with the task at hand...

Actually the $200 was for a family physician visit (cash pay) and it was only for 15 minutes (!!!!). That is a standard price these days. Some offices will not even take cash pays -- go figure...

When I get REALLY bad, I order a 30 day supply of generic Cymbalta from an online pharmacy (30mg, 100 count. Take 1 in morning, 1 at night). It costs about $60 and they tend to ignore the fact that I do not have a prescription. Really brings the edge down and allows me to actually function. Did save my life more than once... BTW, if you come in unstable and extremely suicidal to a doctor here in U.S., they will NOT prescribe more than 2 weeks of medications since they want to monitor you. At $200 a visit, THAT gets expensive. Also the U.S. pharmacy price is $460 for 30 day supply. THAT is the reason why I do not have a prescription and order online -- been there, done that...

I have been dealing with depression for at least 15 years. About 10 years ago I did go to a doctor about it due to my suicidal tendencies being harder and harder to control and he prescribed Wellbutrin. Took it for about three weeks before I had a extremely bad reaction to it. Had an overwhelming urge to stab myself with a knife that I barely could control for three days -- it was so bad that my wife stayed home with me and watched me constantly. It felt like there were two people trapped in the body, one was the logical and the other wanted to grab the nearest knife and impale myself on it. Weird... Needless to say I went off the medication cold turkey and now I stay away from doctors... So now I don't feel depression anymore. It is more of a scale of suicidal urges, some days it is easy to control, some days it goes away and some days it is the two people fighting each other, one is logical and the other wants to die NOW -- sort of like right hand trying to hold back the left hand, which is holding the knife (happened before). Right now I am about a 5 on my suicidal scale (0-10, 0 is everything is fine, 10 is holding a gun to the head and pulling trigger scale), which is not bad and I can deal with it.

I use a 2.5L enema kit with inflatable retention nozzle -- was only about $35.00, which is not bad. For a complete cleaning, there is always the 4 Quart Double Bag E'Lavage Enema Kit, which also includes a inflatable retention nozzle. That one is about $60... As for recipes, I tried the following enemas: -- alcohol - it is OK, nothing spectacular. -- coffee - good buzz -- milk/molasses - did not do anything for me that a standard water enema would not do -- punishment enema where you dissolve 16 dulcolax (Bisacodyl) 5 mg tablets in 80 ml of water. The LAST one is a fun one. Imagine being restrained spread-eagle with thick diapers and several absorbent mats under you with a enema hose inserted, then while you watch helplessly, your play partner squirts the warm enema in. At first it feels wonderful, nice and warm and you think that it is not bad. One minute, nothing, two minutes, nothing, three minutes, nothing. You are starting to think that you got off easy. Then at 5 minutes, you start getting cramps and urges. At first the urge is not bad and you don't think too much of it. Then it starts building more and more, each one is stronger than the other. You are fighting it, straining against your restraints, not wanting to mess your diapers. But it is a losing battle. Eventually the urge is so strong that you give in and you want nothing more in the world than to fill your diapers to the max. You think it is over, but no, more urges and more mess fills your diapers. This can go on for 15-30 minutes or more until you are fully clean.

Bambinos are great diapers but I like Molicare supers better. Mainly because of the color and the plastic seems softer. Otherwise for capacity it is a toss up. Both are great for overnight use since the padding does not bunch up like some of the stored bought diapers.

Seems like the Cuddlz are the same as the Bambino diapers here. As for Abena X-plus, bought a case last time I was in Europe and did not like them at all. They had the cloth type outer covering and did not fit well. Have not tried the Tena Slip Maxi so can't comment...

Personally I like molicare supers more than Bambino. They have a softer plastic -- although I wish they came in pink color.

I will be trying a new self bondage session next week -- let me know what you think. ***Setup a spread-eagle position with Posey locking ankle cuffs / 2" iron manacles. Two attachment points for the ankles are to be fixed and wide apart. One attachment is with a short chain to a fixed point -- wrist one One attachment is for LONG chain with one end at a strong magnetic lock. ***Put a 4 liter bottle containing PLAIN water with a plastic tube for use when tied up and needing a drink ***Pick lots of fresh stinging nettles (or poison oak or poison ivy) and put them on the floor in the same location that you will lay at. Cover with a thin plastic cover as used by painters. ***Set the timer to release the chain in 12 hours. ***Put on several layers of diapers ***Drink 80ml of castor oil ***LAY on the plastic covered stinging nettles. Plastic makes it so that it does not sting or hurt while you lock your restraints. ***Lock the ankle restraints ***Lock the wrist restraints Now you are trapped for the 12 hours. EXTREME PART: Remove the plastic cover. You are now laying on a bed of stinging nettles that hurt and sting like hell and there is NOWHERE you can go to escape it. The more you move, the more you get stung. In about an hour the castor oil should do it's work and there is nothing to do except enjoy the pain. NOTE: I will make sure to have plenty of absorbent mats below the nettles since 80ml of castor oil are going to make me mess for HOURS and HOURS. There is no diaper capable of holding it in. Normally I would first put a depend adult fitted briefs diaper on with slits made in the plastic to allow second layer diapers to have some fun too, then put on a thong leotard that is a size or two too small -- for the WEDGIE factor and then put on 3 or 4 bambino diapers for the bulk that we enjoy. Then finish it up with a unitard and a skating skirt. But given that you want as much naked skin exposed to the stinging nettles as possible, this is not possible. No extra clothes except diapers...

Why not use a electromagnetic lock and a timer? I have a 1200 pounds holding force electromagnet with a standard light timer (actually I use two in a series for backup). Put a chain onto the lock, with the chain secured through an eye-ring in the ceiling and then the other end to handcuffs. Leave the key on the floor... You can also use the electromagnet to secure a pillory/stock type of arrangement, like this ( The timer turns off the electricity or the power goes out -- you are free.
