It was only after I was caught in a messy diaper one to many times by my wife that she said we needed to talk, so we did talk and the results of that talk was she tossed any and all my underwear out in the trash and I was to wear diapers 24/7 and could only pee and poop in my diaper, no useing the toilet.

My accidents can and do happen at anytime, but the way I try to manage them is by the times of day I eat since I now know that I will mess shortly after I eat. If I know I will not have a chance to clean up while out in public, I will skip or delay my lunch until I can be sure I can change. That being said I have messed at the wrong time in front of the wrong people, it will happen. The best way I found when this happens is remove myself ASAP to clean up and return to what I was doing. So far no one as made any comments to me while I messy, so ether they dd not notice or they were considerate to me and kept it to them self.

Each day if I do not wake up messy I will be within 15 minutes of getting out of bed. Today was no exception, woke up to a very wet and messy diaper. I love to wake up to the smell and feel of a messy diaper not knowing when during the night a did mess myself.

I started my unpotty training around 8 years ago, I am now 56. I have always loved to wear my diapers since I was 17, 10 years ago I started to wear 24/7 but I still wanted the choice to stop wearing if I needed. The more a wore the more comfortable and relaxed I felt in diapers, so I decided to unpotty train to wet only, took over 4 years to finely become incontinent. At that time my wife told me that if was going to be in diapers for the of my life might as well use them to mess also. So now I wet and mess when every my body needs, I have never looked back and feel at ease with my choice to unpotty train completely.

It seems the more I mess my diapers the easier it has become. When I first unpotty trained for everything in my diapers I would have one big mess each morning and stay clean the rest of the day. But the last few weeks I have been messing my diaper in smaller amounts within an hour of each completed meal. I have to say at first I was surprised at how often I was going but now I can plan my day better for my public diaper changes. I now know that after lunch I will have to be near a restroom if I am going to be indoors to change when I mess. If I am outside and not around people at the time I will stay messy until I can get home or find a restroom to change once I am around people. I never force my messy diapers on
