Follow-up question, how does your SO deal with your lack of interest in vanilla sex?

This is a phenomenon I've heard about from a couple of people, and wanted to see what the forum felt at large. AB/DLs, do you have trouble getting aroused when just thinking about plain vanilla sex, but have no trouble when thinking about diapers? I remember reading a post on here from a guy who was really upset because he couldn't get erect for a girl but had no trouble masturbating with diapers. I believe in the mommy/daddy handbook on this website it says something about littles sometimes unable to be aroused by non-AB/DL situations. I ask this question because I think I might be in a situation like this. However, I'm also on antidepressants and have low testosterone already so it could just be those things and I could just be paranoid. Just wanted to see if anyone else here on the board had heard about/experienced something like this.

Wow everyone, thanks for the really encouraging words and thoughtful posts. This "kind honesty", as I like to call it, is one of the reasons I love this community. I do agree that I think it has a lot to do with the dynamic between me and my GF, which is complicated to say the least. She has no problem with the DL stuff (she loves being daddy's little girl) but the AB stuff does make her really uncomfortable. And beyond the AB stuff, I do have a lot of issues with feeling loved and noticed, and that's maybe why I'd feel jealous towards a baby getting more attention than me, Maybe if I get over those issues I wouldn't mind being with a partner who didn't baby me. Luckily I'm only 20, and hopefully these things are not too close by. I'll be doing a lot of meditating for a while, but by all means if anyone else has anything to say, let me hear your input!

Hey guys. Normally I've been very comfortable with my DLism and infantilist tendencies, but lately I've been thinking a lot. I've been talking to my girl, and she's been saying a lot how wanting a woman to be my "mommy" is wrong. And I guess in a lot of ways I can see how wanting someone who's not your biological mother to play her part can be wrong. Also being in my twenty-somethings I've also been thinking about my future. Being in my twenty-somethings, it's expected of me to soon get married and start a family. But I know that if my wife had a baby, I'd be jealous of the attention that she gave it (bathing, changing, loving, etc.) and I don't want to raise a child that I'm jealous of. Has anyone else had similar fears/thoughts? How have you dealt with them? It's really been worrying me lately :/

So I've spoken a couple of times on the forum about my girlfriend and her take on my "tastes." She quite enjoys the DL side, often engaging in play with me. However, the AB side really freaks her out. She thinks it's "wrong." She's made it pretty clear she doesn't want to do any of it with me. I don't know how to feel about it; I mean, she's entitled to her opinion, but it's hard dating someone who thinks I'm a freak. Do I cut my losses and just be happy I found a DL girl, or try to find someone more accepting? Because diapers turn you on so much? My girlfriend's pretty frustrated right now because diapers get me more aroused than she does. It's something I can't help; I've heard lots of stories of how for some guys diapers just turn them on more than girls/guys. It's also tricky for me cause I'm on anti-depressants which messes with my little man.

Hello all! I've come seeking some advice. I've been dating this wonderful girl for > 1 year, and things have been going great. Except, however, with diapers. Don't get me wrong, she's much more accepting and indulging than most girls; as long as I keep HER satisfied with plenty of vanilla sex, every month or so I'll get baby time (diaper changes when I'm wet, stories, bottle feedings, etc.). She even wears them every once in a while (not really a DL but she likes the attention and every once in a while it turns her on, but very quickly she finds the diaper to be too hot and uncomfortable).
