Don't know about specifically sweating in that area, but there's something called Hyperhidrosis that might cause this. I have it in one form or another both during the day at at night, although both manifest differently.

Bidets are not found everywhere in Europe, but especially around the Mediterranean, as well as in Arabic countries it is the norm. When there is no room for a bidet, you'll find at least a small hand shower next to the toilet to wash. I personally don't understand the use of dry paper either. For me it doesn't do anything, hence I never do a number two outside of the house and try to reach a shower or bidet right after. The usage is (well, that's my personal experience as I usually don't stand around to look when others are in the toilet) that you spray water from the bidet right on your bottom and use your hand if necessary to clean. Some paper to dry and you're fresh! Japan is even more fascinating when it comes to toilets. The equipment there comes with warm pulsating water sprays, hot air and everything you'd expect to see in a modern car wash, but than in miniature scale (bottom size so to speak). Now that's an interesting analysis that I have never heard before but actually sounds so logical. Sexuality in children is a controversial topic but the likes of Freud have studied the topic quite seriously. For me, it also started with finding old baby pants when I was somewhere between 5 and 10, I guess. combined with the fact that I somehow dreaded going to the bathroom and felt like I wanted to keep my undies clean from the potential accidents that never really happened unless I wanted it to happen. Don't get me wrong, I am fascinated by cultural differences and ethnic diversity and the influence that this has on how we interact as a human species. Also there is an exciting thing about cultures and ethnicity, and that is that people look, talk, walk, sound, smell, eat, kiss etc, etc.. different. I can't believe people still care about ethnicity, It really makes no difference to me that someone's genetics decided to make their skin colour and facial features different than mine. In the end we all have different genes (except if you're a twin, but let's not make things complicated) and we all look different, thank god!
