FYI, ABU is having a "Tape the Tapes" sale right now. Up to 20 percent off cases of premium diapers. This is due to inventory they have identified as defective, but only in terms of the tapes not being "good enough" (hence, tape the tapes). Good deal IMO.

I would also suggest it's likely a yeast rash. To fix it up fast, get some Miconazole Nitrate 4% cream. Dry the area thoroughly (zero heat blow dryer is useful), and the apply the cream, twice daily. It'll be gone in a 2-4 days.
