  1. I think those are Tena's Libero Night Comfort pants. See here: https://www.tenadirect.co.uk/Children/Libero-Night-Comfort-Large/
  2. I think the difference between bootcut and flare depends on the brand. Even among the same brand and cut, there are degrees of difference. I have two pairs of the AG Mid-Rise Angel, and one pair looks more like a straight leg, and the other more like a flare.
  3. Depending on how much you want to spend, you might want to try to go to a specialty jean boutique. I went to one (sans diaper), and after being told that they didn't sell guys jeans, I let them know that I wore girls jeans and why I wore them, and they were extraordinarily helpful. They knew what kind to get me to fit my body and told me what worked and didn't work. The jeans look awesome on me and it's not really evident that they're girls, they just fit my body very well.
  4. That actually sounds right. You might want to try boyfriend cut jeans, as they tend to be straighter in the hip (and thus don't work for me that well).
  5. I used to be a bigger fan of the ATNs, about two years ago, but the quality and value seems to have gone downhill since that point. As LuvsGurl points out, the tapes don't stick worth anything at all. In the last bag I bought, unless I add additional tape, when I wear to bed usually two or three of the tapes have popped by the morning. The interior of them also seems much rougher than it used to be. Right now, I'd actually recommend Depends over ATNs.
  6. @Aleyxsis: Girls' low rise or hip huggers may not help at all, actually. A large part of the reason that girls' jeans work for me is that my hips are shaped like a girl's. If you have no butt and straight hips then girls' pants may make the issue worse, not better. Best of luck, though!
  7. I have the opposite problem with my waist and hip--30" waist, 39-40" hip. As a result, I usually wear girl's jeans (usually size 8) because they fit properly whether I'm wearing a diaper or just a pull-up. I've found that they actually hide diapers better, because I had a problem keeping boy's jeans on (they were always loose at the waist and tight at the hip, and once they stretched out slightly, they slid down).
  8. In sixth grade, I wet my pants. What I would have given to have had a diaper on that day...
  9. I think that's probably a defect. Admittedly, I'm on the smaller side of the medium size, but when taking them off, it seems like I've had to use some force in ripping the side seams. I'm sorry that they didn't work for you!
  10. I use both Protect-a-Bed's aller-zip cover along with Luna Mattress' waterproof fitted cover. I don't really need it for protecting the mattress, I just feel a lot better having it there. I had a vinyl cover, but I found it less comfortable and not crinkly enough to make up for the discomfort.
  11. I've found the regular abri-flex to have great leg elastic / gathers. They're superior to any other pull-up I've tried. That being said, I haven't tried the abri-flex special.
  12. For all sorts of practical reasons, I wear pull-ups (Abena Abri-Flex M3) during the day for the most part, unless I'm just staying home, and diapers to bed or for special occasions such as going to a movie. Having the ability to use the potty but still be protected against accidents is the best thing about pull-ups. Since I'm in grad school, I can spend all day there in a pull-up without having to worry about leaking from an over-saturated diaper. One of the nice things that I like about the Abri-Flex is that they feel bulky between my legs, but are a little more discreet under pants. Better than that, though, is that they actually provide good protection. I could have a full blown (wetting) accident in one without any anxiety about a leak.
  13. I'd second the recommendation of the abri-flex pull-ups. They're my normal day-time underwear. They're the first pull-up that I've tried that I feel just about as secure while wearing as I do when I'm diapered. I've found them to be surprisingly absorbent and leak resistant--the legs fit very well without gapping. Also, although they're cloth-like, I haven't noticed any dampness on the outer cover. The only thing that I happened once was a minor leak (a few drops) when I had worn the same one for two days before wetting and the outer cover had developed a small weak spot from friction.
