  1. I was going to put these nappies on flea-bay, but since you lovely folks on DD have given me so much, it's about time I gave something back. I'm selling some Lille Supreme Fit Extra Plus Large adult diapers. They will fit anyone up to 150cm (59inches). I bought the large and actually only need the medium. They cost me £21 for 24, so I am selling them at £1 each, plus £1 delivery per 5 diapers. I have 15 available (I have used a few and I can honestly say they are a very good diaper!!!). PM me if you are interested. I appreciate that some of us are in a delicate situation when it comes to having diapers delivered, so I will post to any UK address in a very plain envelope! Paypal is the prefered method (I'll invoice you) but you can send cash/cheque (cash by recorded only!) Many Thanks Froggie
  2. Thanks for the info folks. Megalo, I've gone off the idea of YuYun... heard bad things about them from a few people. I'm going with babykins now. AuntyAB, I'm now looking at just standard prefold cloth diapers and plastic pants because I've heard the AIO are not that great... Something like these: with an aborbant insert and lined plastic pants. Phil Schwartz, I'll have to give the Abenas a try... everyone is saying they're pretty bulky so I'll look at getting some once I've got through the Lilles. I'll post up my findings once I've done a like for like comparison! Thanks All Froggie!
  3. Time for another quick update: I got my sample of tendercare's through the post. First impression was that they felt a little cheap. They were reasonable comfortable, if not a little tight around the legs. They held quite a lot and bulked up nicely. Leaking wasn't an issue, but I don't think it's a fair judgement after using only 2 of them. I also ordered a 24pack of Lille Supreme Fit Extra Plus. They are a pretty good diaper for the money. They're very comfy and absorb quite a lot. They're not very bulky compared to other diapers, but once you've wet them a bit, you know they're there! I do seem to have a leak problem around my bottom when they are nearing capacity, but other than that they're pretty good. They're not a patch on the Cuddlz diapers, but at less than half the cost... they'll do for now! And they don't look half bad either! (the pattern is almost cute!) Next stop... Cloth!!! I've spoken to Babykins and they'll ship to the UK. Roll on next payday!!!
  4. Yup, I did this... Even started a thread on it! Don't fight it! You'll enjoy it all the more!
  5. Misic aside I love the sound of engines! There's nothing more soothing than when you've nursed an engine back to life and you just listen to it ticking over!
  6. I can confirm they are Kendall Lille. I'm wearing the Lille "Supreme Fit Extra Plus" as I type. They're very comfy, very bulky, hold loads and are very cheap... £20 delivered for 24!
  7. I believe it was johnbunkerDL who said that... I'm the original poster and I love wearing whenever I can (wearing right now in fact!). Back on topic now: I think we've established that although I started out very focussed on diapers, there was definately a little AB in there waiting to get out. Once I got over my initial excitement of being able to wear them, My ABish side made an apperance. So whilst it is possible to be one without the other, I am definately part DL, part AB! (now which way to the play room!) Cheers All Frogboy
  8. I must admit that I've looked at people to see if I can spot a visible diaper line! I don't do it all the time though. I reckon it would be pretty difficult as I don't have any tell tale signs of diaper wearing when I have them on under my clothes, and I wear really bulky ones!
  9. That's the best advice anyone can follow! Thanks for all the responses folks!!! Frogboy
  10. Me and my wife had this exact same problem. I wanted to wear more for comfort, she wants to wear for sexual pleasure. I think it is the difference between having been a DL for many years compared to just getting into DL. Our solution was that I wear whenever I want, going about my everyday things in comfort whereas my wife will put on a diaper when she's horny, "go" in it and then take it off so we can "get it on". We've made her wearing into a kind of foreplay. Undoing each others diapers is also fun in foreplay. Just a thought! Have fun! Frogboy
  11. Yup, thats my biggest worry... I may just keep a few disposables around incase I get the urge!
  12. Thanks DprdJeff and rusty pins. Looks like it is possible to be pure DL, and consequently I'm not as "pure" a DL as I thought... I'm actually part AB! Frogboy
  13. Hi folks, As some of you who have read my other posts on here will know, I am still getting to grips with my DL side, however I seem to be falling into some AB style practices. The idea of putting on a baby-grow (onesie) and sucking a dummy (pacifier) still doesn't appeal to me, but I reckon there is some definate regression going on. here's a full account of whats been going on; At first I thought my diaper love was sexually driven, but as time went on and I wore diapers more and more, I began to notice that I associated diapers more with a sense of relaxation and peacefulness than I did with sex (thats not to say that diapers don't excite me anymore though). I also noticed that I crave a bulky diaper... I love it when I wet a diaper and it bulks up and I have to waddle! I am switching to cloth diapers very soon as I love the idea of all that bulk and the soft fabric on my skin... I was looking at the All-In-ones to begin with, but the more I think about it, the more I want the normal cloth type with the safety pins and waterproof pants! I started out looking at the plain white ones, but the more I look at them, the more I am tempted by the patterned ones, albeit the faint pastel style patterns, not the bold primary colour style patterns. I have noticed how I love being changed by my wife, not all that time, and not in a "being mothered" sort of way, there's no baby talk or role-playing involved. I've also taken to latching onto her breasts when we're lying in bed together and suckling on her nipples for long stretches of time, similar to if I was being breast-fed. We call this practice "comforting". It was my wife who requested I did this the first time, but I enjoy it so much, I'm doing it more and more. It's worth noting that comforting does not lead onto or follow on from sex, it is purely an activity we engage in for mutual comfort! As someone who felt very much a DL only to begin with, all of the above would suggest that, even if only a little, I am also AB. Don't get me wrong, I don't see this as a bad thing, just a bit surprising given my initial views of diaper wearing! I guess my question is: Is it possible to just love diapers, or are all diaper lovers also AB, just at different levels? (please note that whilst I do not wish to exclude incontinent people from this question, it is more aimed people like me who wear diapers through choice as opposed to necessity)
  14. I like the occasional poop in my diaper, but like you two, the smell and cleanup are enough to put me off on the whole. I'm also going to make the switch to cloth diapers and I definately wont be pooping in them!

    Truth Please

<---- Straight male in full control of my bladder etc. I just lurrrve the diapers! (and jaffa cakes!!! for eating... not wetting! unless you count dunking them in a cup of tea, which makes them wet, but not wet in the way we usually refer to on a diaper forum... ooh, a cup of tea, how very english!) Frogboy
  16. I'll help him fix his head... I've got a 4 and a half pound lump hammer that fixes most things!!!
  17. I love Cuddlz... They're bulky, smell great, feel awesome, the tapes are brilliant (just make sure you get the tapes on the "landing zone"). Enjoy them... they were my first diaper (and only so far!). I love them! There's something very arousing about opening one of those fesh packets of 8 and seeing all those pristine folded diapers ready to be messed up! Enjoy!!! Frogboy
  18. I imagine it will be like putting on a wetsuit thats already wet (I'm a SCUBA Diver, so I'm very familiar with this)... It'll be very cold and icky to begin with, but once it has equalised with your body temperature it shouldn't be too bad. Why would you want to though? If I wet my diaper, I will keep it on until I feel the diaper is full (usually around 8hours) and I love being in the damp bulk, but I don't think I would ever want to put a wet diaper back on. I don't think you'd be any more prone to a rash doing this compared to staying in a wet diaper... I always wear barrier cream so I don't really have to worry about rash! The only other thing I would worry about on an already wet diaper is the germs. After a certain amout of time, bacteria start to work on the pee and can release all kinds of nasties!
  19. Thanks Soggy. With regards to keeping the rash at bay, before I even tried my first diaper on, I bought some barrier cream (a big tub of boots own brand Zinc+Castor oil cream), and I use it every time I wear diapers. I also use proper baby wipes to clean up before applying more barrier cream and finally a fresh diaper. I don't think I will ever bother wearning more than one diaper at a time. Whilst I enjoy the bulkiness, I am quite happy with the standard thickness of a diaper, plus I enjoy changing into a fresh diaper, so wearing one at a time means I get to change more often! As far as finding a safe room to play, I'm not an AB so I don't sit around in diapers and onesies... I wear diapers as a form of underwear, I usually have them on underneath my clothes, which means I don't have to worry too much about people dropping by! Many thanks Frogboy
  20. Hi diaperpt, It is very handy having a wife who is not only tolerant of my DL ways, but actively involved too! I think it has helped me greatly in accepting my love of diapers. I imagine having to hide diapers from someone you love is not good for the old self esteem, whereas I can have diapers strewn accross the house (clean ones of course) and we frequently discuss the pros and cons of our next purchase... enabling me to be very at peace with it all. I'm definately getting excited about the idea of re-useable diapers. I think I'm going to give the babykins all in ones a try and see what it's like. I'll still wear disposables as they are very handy. As far as telling your wife is concerned... sometimes ignorance is bliss and like you say, if you've invested over 20 years in a relationship with someone you love, why rock the boat! (besides, sometimes part of the thrill is being naughty and sneaking around!) Hope you got your diapers home OK! Frogboy
  21. I must be odd as I have accepted that I love diapers and feel no shame or guilt, I bought my first pack of diapers, loved them and ordered 2 more packs. I'm now getting low on supplies again and I feel no shame in the fact that as soon as my pay cheque clears I will order some more. Maybe if I had given in to my urges at an earlier stage when I was less able to indulge and less sure about my diaper love, I may have binged+purged. Frogboy
  22. Hello fidget, I've always had an inexplicable desire to wear diapers. I'm not an Adult Baby, I have no desire to wear babyish things or act like a baby. For me I just love wearing diapers... It's like the ultimate in underwear. I get a fantastic feeling from wearing/using them. It's something that I've always known, so consequently it was easy to get my head around. I'm going to let Mrs Frogboy (Froggirl maybes?) have a quick word as she has been thrust rather abruptly into the Diaper Lovers world, and had to come to terms with it rather quickly. She may have some good insight for you! Mrs Froggirl: Hi fidget, when I heard about this thread I thought you might like to hear my side of things. When my husband told me about his love of diapers and his fascination with them, I was intrigued by the idea. I spent a lot of time with him and on my own looking through sites like this one....a fabulous resource btw.....trying to get to know what it was about diapers that held that fascination. As I read and looked at more stuff I came to realise that I was really interested in wearing them myself, and so we chose to try wearing together. This was a wonderful experience for both of us....I must admit I had not expected it to be, as it's not something that up until a week before I had even thought about. As it turns out I really enjoy the diapers too (great as we can share this experience). My advice would be to take things slowly. Look into it for yourself. I would not class myself as a 'natural' diaper lover as I do not have that long-standing need/want to wear or use diapers, but the fact that I enjoy it so much, and that my husband enjoys it so much, makes it something that I am glad that he told me and allowed me to be a part of it. I think I would call myself as a 'converted' DL. Do not rush, take your time, experiment and as long as you're enjoying yourself then there is absolutely nothing wrong. If you at any point feel uncomfortable then communicate this to your OH and you should then be able to take what you want from the experience. I hope you enjoy your shared DL lifestyle. It's a varied and I have found friendly/comfortable experience.
  23. UPDATE: My wife has just ordered me a 2 diaper sample pack from tender care (I was busy frying some eggs... and any worries I had about acceptance have definately gone!). I think I will order a small pack of the Abenas and the Lilles so I can so some side by side testing! (I've got a 4 day weekend coming up soon, so it'll be the perfect opportunity!) Cheers All Frogboy
  24. I'll probably end up trying both at some point, so I'll definately let you know diaperliz... And I'm still very tempted by the cloth diapers. I don't know why, but they look very comfy! I have just found another contender though! the Tender Care AIO disposable diaper looks pretty good, it has excellent reviews and at only £0.48 per diaper, it's a pretty strong contender. They do have a free sample offer of two diapers, so I'll gove them a call and "try before I buy". It's a hard life, all this diapering stuff!!! Frogboy
  25. Ok folks, You've seen my intro, and hopefully read my story... Now it is time to move on. Having had some experience of all aspects of diaper wearing (wetting, messing, changing, going out in public... etc), I now have a better idea of what I want from diapers. As I'm down to my last 4 diapers, it's about time I ordered some more! I'm giving this some serious thought as I absolutely love my diapers and want to get the most from them. I don't wear them all the time... I just get the urge every now and then and spend a day or two in them when I'm not working! (to give you an idea, I got through 14 diapers in 4weeks) It seems absorbancy is a key factor (the more the better!), so is comfort as I like to spend a lot of time in a big bulky diaper. I'm not keen on messing, so it is purely pee absorbancy that I'm looking at. As I've already mentioned, I love the bulkiness and the general design of the "traditional" diaper, so pull-ups are out of the question. I love the feel of diapers, both the inside softness and the plastic coating on the outside. I'm not too fussed about the looks of a diaper... for example, I chose Cuddlz plain white as they were the most "diaperish" looking without being too babyish (i.e, not medical looking), incase it was the look of the diapers that did it for me. As it turns out, I'm just happy to wear them under normal clothes and feel them on me rather than see them on me... So the external design isn't of any significance (wetness indicator/brand name etc) As said above, I love the bulkiness between my legs, so a diaper that bulks up well is a must! And I like to feel secure, so re-sealable/strong fastening tabs are definately a concern! I've pretty much narrowed it down to the following diapers, I've read the reviews and aside from the odd issue with the fastening tapes, they seem to fit the bill for what I want (and they're also readily available in the UK... Obviously a major factor when trying to buy them!). Abena Abri-from X-Plus (medium) @ £0.77 per diaper Lille Supreme Fit Medium Extra Plus @ £0.49 per diaper As a means of comparison, Cuddlz work out at £1.25 per diaper. Whilst I love my Cuddlz, I find they're a little too expensive and they can be a little tight around my legs. I do like the design of the Lille diapers, but as I've already said, the design isn't my primary consideration. And on a final note... I have been wondering about cloth diapers. Surely they must be the ultimate diaper for the texture conscious, bulk loving DL. I found these on flea-bay and wondered what people reckon to them as a first venture into re-usables! They have 6 absorbancy layers and 2 cotton layers, so I would've thought they will stand up to a good soaking. And as they're washable, the cost in the long run will be much better than disposables. These particular "All in one" re-useables are from YuYun in china and are a few pence over £30 for 2! The link to the item is here There's no real point to this thread. I just felt like sharing this important next step in my diaper "career". If you want to offer your views/opinions/advice... Then feel free to do so! Happy Wettings! Frogboy
